COVID-19 and our transition to remote working

We've been watching the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak escalate with great concern, and Sally, Tanc and Dario are already experiencing the very real impact of COVID-19 on their local communities and on daily life in Italy.

While we don't claim to be public health experts, we are convinced by the need to flatten the curve. To this end our General Circle passed a proposal on Tuesday 3 March recommending that all office-based members of our team that were ready and able to work remotely should do so. As a semi-distributed business, for most of us the switch to remote was quick and straightforward. Some made the transition with immediate effect, with others switching during the intervening period.

As of today we have completed our transition to 100% remote, which means we’re putting a hold on all face-to-face work meetings with each other and with clients, and on our attendance at work-related events.

There's clearly a great deal of uncertainty ahead, but we are committed to supporting the important work of our clients – including any help they might need with their own transitions to remote working – and are ready to do this entirely remotely for as long as we need to.

We'll get through this, and we’ll do it together.
