We're migrating our support system

New Support System Launch 2024

We're excited to announce that we're launching our new support system on Wednesday 4th December.

It functions very similarly to the current system, with some minor differences.

All your existing tickets and comments will be copied over to the new system.

The old support system will be unavailable from 7pm on Dec 3rd and the new system should be accessible from midday on Dec 4th. If you need to contact us during this time you can do so via email.

Password reset

You will need to reset your password on the new system before logging in - you should be prompted to do so on the login page but the link is: support.agile.coop/#password_reset

Notifications

The new system handles notifications differently, so it is not possible to copy individuals one-by-one onto a ticket like the old system.

For now we have developed a solution where you can be a "default notifier" for a space - meaning that you get notified of all ticket activity within the space.

If you would like to be a default notifier for your space, to make sure you do not miss ticket activity for tickets you did not raise, let us know and we will set that up for you.

Archiving support reports

The "notebook" section will not get migrated, so if you wish to save copies of any historic support reports then we recommend doing so before 4th December.

Knowledge Base

Once logged into the new system, we have created a fledgeling knowledge base here it will be expanded further as we use the system.
