Raquel de Aymerich

Project Manager

Pronouns: She/Her

Raquel is Agile Collective's Project Manager. She keeps initiatives on track, aligns teams, and ensures stakeholders stay informed, making complex projects feel organised, achievable, and collaborative. Whether managing a product launch, facilitating workshops, or coordinating cross-functional teams, she brings structure and momentum while maintaining a collaborative, solutions-focused atmosphere.

With a background as a Product Lead, Raquel brings more to the role than traditional project management. She supports teams across discovery, design, and user testing, anticipating challenges and guiding decisions with a human-centred perspective that turns complexity into clarity. She genuinely enjoys solving problems, something she finds as natural in everyday life as she does at work and probably what drew her to this kind of role in the first place.

Life before Agile Collective

Raquel has led product strategy and delivery across health tech, media, e-commerce, and B2B SaaS, from launching digital wellbeing platforms to coordinating large-scale editorial workflows.

Alongside her corporate roles, she has worked as an independent consultant, partnering with women-led and purpose-driven teams to turn ideas into fundable, scalable products. She has helped founders sharpen their product vision, shape roadmaps, improve UX, and build delivery systems that connect strategy, design, and operations, always keeping users and impact at the centre.

Her past roles include leading the launch of an IVF support platform at Aura Fertility, managing editorial and operational workflows at Canadian weather company Pelmorex and its Spanish subsidiary eltiempo.es, delivering high-impact news products at the BBC, and coordinating cross-market operations at StubHub (e-Bay).

These experiences have shaped Raquel's approach: she focuses on creating clear workflows, aligning teams around shared goals, and fostering human-centred collaboration. She's as interested in improving how teams work as in what they deliver.

When not at work

Raquel mentors social entrepreneurs at Bridge for Billions and facilitates workshops on prototyping and product thinking for UFIL (Urban Forest Innovation Lab), an initiative supporting innovation in sustainability and urban forestry.

She cares deeply about the environment, social justice, and her ongoing feminist practice. A committed learner, she has recently explored AI-enabled products and climate-focused initiatives through an AI Executive Masters and the Climatebase Fellowship.

Outside of work, she writes fiction, takes part in literature events and reading clubs, hikes, and loves discovering new wines and restaurants. Being surrounded by nature, art, and stories brings her focus, creativity, and calm, and feeds directly into how she shows up at work.
