User Experience (UX) Audits and Testing

line pattern

Our user experience audits and tests evaluate your website and other communications to ensure they perform effectively for the people who need them.

A website's usability directly influences engagement, conversion, and the overall effectiveness of your online presence.
Improving users' interactions with your digital platforms ensures that every touchpoint is intuitive and engaging.

Through comprehensive user experience (UX) audits, we ensure your site embodies clarity and navigational ease — key elements in amplifying your message and maximising your reach.

A usability audit isn’t just a critique; it’s a strategy to align the website with organisational goals, improve the user experience, and ultimately, boost goal conversions.

How We Work

Our User Experience Team consists of Rae, Richard, and Steph — three experts who have been transforming digital journeys and designs for years.

Our process is designed to help you:

  • Define and refine your communication and service-delivery objectives.
  • Assess performance against general and audience-specific usability criteria.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience.
  • Integrate UX best practices into your organisation.
  • Boost your team’s competence in creating user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Elevate the quality of digital interactions for your end users.

Step 1. A Free Consultation

Our journey begins with a no-charge consultation to explore how our UX services can address your specific needs.

Step 2. Discovery

During discovery, the team works towards:

  • Understanding your strategic goals.
  • Understanding your audiences, their needs and challenges.
  • A review of recent analytics reports.
  • Learning about any UX challenges you’ve encountered.
  • Defining your goals and aspirations for UX.

Step 3. Audit and Testing

Our audit process is meticulous, blending heuristic evaluations (against established, general user needs) with persona-driven user stories (specific to your audience).

This dual approach identifies usability issues and tests your site against real-world scenarios and requirements, ensuring practical and impactful solutions.

Step 4. Reporting

Our findings are compiled into a clear, high-level report that lays out areas for improvement and provides recommendations.

This report also serves as an educational tool, enhancing your team's understanding of UX principles. Guidelines on good web usability and accessibility have lasting benefits beyond the immediate improvements that we also outline.

Step 5. Road Mapping and Remediation (optional)

We assist in prioritising and implementing changes, creating a roadmap that makes remediation manageable and ensures your website meets and surpasses user expectations.

Step 6. Training (optional)

Our commitment to your success extends beyond the audit. We offer training sessions to deepen your team’s UX knowledge, ensuring that user-centric design becomes an integral part of your projects moving forward.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Agile and have genuinely found them fantastic to work with. Our project manager was totally on the ball with keeping track of goals, tasks, timelines, budget etc. so that nothing got left behind. I felt the whole team actually cared about the outcome of the project as much as I did.

Whilst they kept me updated and acted as part of my team every step of the way, I was also able to trust that they could get on with the project without me when necessary. They gave clear advice on aspects of the project I was not so familiar with, and listened to me on bits that I did. They approached the project in a structured way, starting with personas and user journeys before entering the design phase. I think you’d be hard pushed to find another whole team of people like this. I usually have one or two people within suppliers I use that I prefer to work with, but I would happily go to any team member at Agile and know that I would receive great service.
