Support and maintenance
At Agile Collective, we understand the value of a reliable and responsive support and maintenance partner. We provide the following services on an ongoing basis: regular updates, rapid response to critical issues, bug fixing, and feature requests as required.
Ongoing security and ‘business as usual’ issues are reported, tracked and addressed through our support system while larger pieces of work that can be considered projects in their own right follow a more formal agile project process to define the requirements, implement, test and review.
We also work with our clients to select a hosting solution that offers the right blend of price, performance and scalability, and will provide technical server support as part of our ongoing support and maintenance service.
