As an experienced web developer, Simon joined Agile Collective in August 2022 and has been integral in making sure our Oxford office doesn’t gather dust.
Life before Agile Collective
Simon is a local government veteran with nearly 15 years of experience under his belt. He first started working in the sector as a 6-week contracting assignment to help deliver a payment system and ended up leading a team responsible for developing digital services for the citizens of Oxfordshire.
Along the way, Simon became one of our clients and got to know our team over a few post-OxDUG pints, bonding over our shared passion for agile methodologies and open-source software.
When not at work
Simon enjoys spending time with his family and riding/ crashing/ fixing bikes when not at work. Simon also enjoys listening to live (and non-live) music and when he's feeling particularly adventurous, he likes to pretend to be a sysadmin.
