Account Manager at Agile Collective

About the role

We are looking for someone to head up and expand our account management service. This means working closely with product owners from charity, NGO, and public sectors and providing them with vision and direction around their digital communications. 

You will become familiar with the different services we offer (Drupal development and integrations) and help promote new areas of consultancy (such as usability and accessibility audits, user research and analysis, and design sprints) that give clients greater confidence in decision-making. You will work closely with our Support and Maintenance team to set reporting goals and help us to exceed client expectations.

This role is a substantial expansion of what we offer at present and, due to the way in which we win new work, may be successfully combined with a role in Business Development.
