HR Specialist at Agile Collective

About the role

You will play a significant role in our organisational culture and help us maintain an environment in which employees feel secure, valued and respected. You will work with others to handle onboarding and offboarding of employees, oversee training, manage employee benefits and policies. 

As a cooperative business, Agile Collective doesn’t use line-managers but instead organises functions through sociocracy. This means that we prioritise self-setting of goals, ongoing feedback, and excellent communication skills. Your role will be to help with the smooth running of our processes. No prior experience of sociocracy is necessary.

Desirable attributes

  • Strong administrative and time-management skills
  • An interest in exploring better communication practices and professional development within a cooperative
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and other office software
